About this supplementary planning guidance
The Aviemore site in St Martin has been identified for release from the public estate and for its redevelopment for housing. The proceeds of sale are to be used to support the establishment of a care experienced fund.
Previous Assembly decisions have focused on the matters of property and the use of proceeds from its sale. Supplementary planning guidance, in the form of a development brief, has been prepared to address the planning issues related to the redevelopment of the site.
