2 KW greenhouse heater (Bosmere) recall

​This product has failed to meet the safety standards expected regarding the degree of protection provided against intrusion by water.  In certain circumstances, there is a risk of electrocution, fire or burns.

If you have purchased a N292 greenhouse heater, stop using it immediately. Return the unit to your supplier for a refund, accompanying proof of purchase preferable.

If you wish to return the item back to Bosmere, send the unit and a covering letter showing where you purchased the unit from, the price of the unit when purchased (accompanying receipt preferable) along with the cost of postage and receipt.  Also clearly state your name, phone number, address and email so that a refund can be arrange.
