About this guidance
Revenue Jersey has published guidance that explains what organisations need to do to comply with Jersey’s Pillar Two rules.
The guidance explains how Pillar Two works in practice in Jersey, including the steps that a multinational group within scope needs to take to meet its requirements.
It is designed to help multinational groups, their advisers and other tax authorities understand how Revenue Jersey applies and manages Pillar Two.
