About the project
As part of our ongoing highway maintenance, we will undertake work along La Rue des Landes and La Route du Coin in St Peter and St Brelade.
The works will be carried out from 12 January to 15 February 2026.
A road closure will be in place where needed and we’ll deliver the work in sections to minimise disruption.

Updating your heating system or utilities
After our work is completed, the road will have an embargo of 3 or 5 years. This means no excavation will be allowed except for essential works.
If you’re planning to update your heating system or other utilities, we strongly recommend that you contact your provider as soon as possible to:
- discuss your options
- complete the work before our resurfacing begins
