The Somerville Hotel / Tides Restaurant are searching for a talented and experienced Head Chef.
70 cover restaurant operating breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner along with room service and occasional function business.
The right candidate will have previous experience as a head chef in a four or five-star Hotel environment.
