The Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for the administration of planned and reactive activity, receiving calls from customers and processing their requests and for providing administrative support to colleagues including the production of management information and KPI reports. If you are passionate about customer service excellence and have good interpersonal and communication skills then we would like to hear from you.

Applicants must be computer literate in the use of MS Word and Excel, training will be provided on other internal and client systems.
