An opportunity to join a small company new to Jersey and part of a larger Group operating in the aerospace sector. Flexible office hours and hybrid office / WFH can be arranged based around a part time schedule. The work will primarily involve supporting local and Group financial activities including:

1. Accounts receivable / accounts payable monitoring and control.
2. Speaking/writing to customers and providing statements of account
3. Purchase order preparation
4. Bank summaries and basic cash flows
5. Helping with bid preparation, pricing etc
6. Invoice preparation
7. Expenses tracking
8. Filing and administration of office
9. Keeping office properly stocked and maintained, including purchasing basic office supplies (mileage to be recharged)
10. Liaising with local providers e.g. corporate secretaries, banks, solicitors as necessary
