Calm under pressure, collaborative, and with the ability to step in and take the reins: our sous chefs take the utmost pride in the quality of every dish that leaves the pass and, working closely in tandem with experienced head chefs, contribute towards the management and organisation of the kitchen.

Our sous chefs possess excellent people management skills, contribute towards a friendly and inclusive working environment, and can organise and delegate to a team when the pressure is on.

This role has an annual basic salary of £29,500 for a 40-hour-per-week contract (equivalent to a basic hourly rate of £14.18).

All overtime is paid, and employees participate in our Team Incentive Scheme, with bonus payments of up to 10% (or more) of salary dependent on restaurant trade and individual performance. Please see full advert for details.
