Experienced Chef

An experienced and passionate chef of at least 2 years to join our growing team.
To help make our delicious, seasonal, local and sustainable food.
We want someone with:
Creative ideas that have proven track record of their dishes being successful on menus. Someone that has experience in casual dining, who is passionate about food and wine, who has a defined palette and gets flavour.
The ideal candidate will have worked in different countries and travelled around a bit to understand different cuisines
Think outside the box and on their feet.
Someone who is used to a fast paced environment, and pull to-gather as a team.
Ideally a chef that understands GPs and wastage.
Understands the up to date allergy and Health and safety regs.
Above all, someone who loves working in a local, busy market environment and can help take our company to the next level.
