Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy Support Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Jersey Adult Learning Disability Team as a therapist support worker across occupational therapy and physiotherapy.

The role will involve a number of different activities such as hydrotherapy sessions, carrying out physio led exercise programs, group work, dementia learning disability screening and report writing, travel training, cooking sessions and other OT intervention led activities of daily living skills.

It will also involve carrying out follow up visits to assess and fit service users with equipment or mobility aids, measuring for basic wheelchairs, assessment and provision and being able to identify basic postural needs.
