We are currently looking for two part-time administrators to?provide a high standard of employee lifecycle and operations administrative support across the Crown Dependencies (“CDs”) working closely with all levels within the business to ensure quality service is delivered by the People Team in a timely manner.
Support trainee career events and open days as needed
Actively monitor CD mailboxes and action requests within a timely manner
General HR Administration, which will include actioning tickets from service users
Leaver administration
Manage new joiners and support HRBPs and Recruitment Team as needed
Support reconciliation of leave from HR Information System to timesheet system
Prepare and request work permits and certificates of employment
