The team is orientated around customer needs with accountability for owning, developing and optimising Digital current account and customer onboarding. The role holder is to set the strategic vision and then orchestrate the support of partner teams Globally and Locally to ensure we deliver a great customer experience and provide a platform which meets the long term technical needs of the business.

The jobholder should have strong knowledge of Digital Onboarding, sales funnels, personal and relevant communications with a proven track record of achieving stretching Digital KPI’s. Minimum of 3 years in team leadership with demonstrated ability to build a customer-centric, diverse and inclusive culture. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a complex cross-boarder environment. Educated to degree level or equivalent desirable.
