The teams focus is to manage, drive and optimise the digital channel in order to engage our customers, provide a great customer experience and inform sustainable customer and commercial growth. The team leads activity across all digital channels with a view to driving a measurable improvement to:
• Digital product portfolio growth
• Overall digital activation and engagement levels
• Digital customer iNPS
• Personal and relevant customer interactions

You should have a data centric approach to understanding customer behaviour in order to identify improvements to experience and conversion. Project minded and eager to work in a dynamic and supportive team
