Parts Advisor

At TrustFord, we're driving the standard in customer care. That's why it's your people skills that will be most important to us here. We can teach you all about our amazing models, from Kuga to S-Max to Fiesta. You'll provide a service that people can trust. When our customers bring in their vehicles for MOTs, repairs and tests, you'll keep them in the loop at all times, liaising closely with our workshop, and making sure that things happen fast for each and every one of them.
We are looking for a Parts Advisor to join us, dealing with internal and external customers, ordering parts and invoicing you will have experience working in a busy Parts department. You will undertake the receiving and processing of telephone and internet orders, ensuring customer accounts are managed effectively and intergration with other departments to maintain a smooth operation.
