General Duties
• Assist the Facilities Manager with minor premises maintenance works such as installing shelving or replacing bulbs
• Provide cover for reception when needed
• (On relief cover) to attend the firm’s premises in the event of security alarm events out of hours, liaising with the Security company
• The post-holder may be given a designated role under the firm’s emergency evacuation and disaster recovery plans

Messenger Duties
• Deliver incoming post and internal mail to all desks
• Hand deliver urgent packages around Jersey, ensuring that all deliveries are signed for
• Frank outgoing mail and prepare special, recorded or registered deliveries and courier packages for collection

Assist with regular stationary/store duties within the office.

Hours to be worked will be 8:30AM to 5:00PM, a full clean driving licence is essential for this role
