Health Care Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic Health care assistants to join our Learning disability team. This will involve working across the whole of the residential service supporting people with both physical profound learning disabilities and behaviours which challenge. The successful candidate must be flexible, motivated and willing to work shift patterns including sleep overs and waking nights.

Candidates should be committed to empowering those who they support and provide care which is personalised to each individuals needs, allowing for the living as ordinary life as possible.
