We are searching for a Sous chef to join our team. Someone who can take the reins every now and then if need be.

The right candidate will have at least 3 years experience, with training given, ideally have the relevant health and hygiene certificates . Job entails: Cooking on the hot stove, prep, kitchen porter duties, as well as, supervising the kitchen when head chef is not around. The right candidate will be hard working, reliable, honest and a good team player. We are a small family business, with years in the industry, so are looking for someone who is the perfect fit.
