Expand the administrative support provided to our clients by migrating to the Vistra Business Operating Model (VMO) supported by the use of Shared Service Centre’s where appropriate.
Outsourced oversight responsibility, relevant to work externalised for department
Work closely with the Sector Leads to ensure we consistently deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Identifying areas of improvement and standardisation to enhance the overall service delivery within the team
Optimising the efficiency of the team, leading to overall improved utilisation
Ensuring the team play a positive role in the maintenance or improvement of the annual client Net Promotor Scores (NPS)
