Key responsibilities:

Day to Day Activities

Action requests for administrative support from Service Delivery teams, ensuring requests are completed to the highest standards.
Champion data quality by standardising system inputs whilst also sharing best practice across the business.
Provide support to other team members with more complex activities.
Activity Management

Executing requests within agreed timescales.
Prioritising own workload to ensure all activities are completed with agreed service levels.
Anticipate potential Service Level Agreement (SLA) issues, identifying and implementing solutions or promptly escalating to the necessary business stakeholder(s).
Deputise for CSS assistant manager when required, monitoring and reporting CSS team workload and outputs.
