The role sits within the Compensation & Benefits Team of the Group Human Resources Department which delivers a full service HR function across the JTC Group.

The Senior Manager – Compensation & Benefits is responsible for managing and overseeing the Payroll and Benefits provision across multiple jurisdictions, managing the Payroll and Benefits team, and managing relationships with external providers. The Senior Manager will also work closely with the Head of Compensation & Reward on all compensation activities, shared ownership schemes and ensuring JTC remain an Employer of Choice through compensation and reward initiatives.
