Job Purpose
I maximise the sales and profitability of my store by assisting the Store Manager in driving sales opportunities, controlling costs, managing the team, delivering excellent retail operational standards and engaging with our customers to promote the Joules brand.

I assist the Store Manager to:
* Drive and meet all store KPI's
* Review store performance and take action by making commercial decisions to drive sales
* Ensure that our Joules customer is at the heart of all store decisions and actions
* Be engaged with the brand, to live the brand values and be proud to be a Joules ambassador
* Demonstrate visual merchandising excellence
* Run a highly organised, efficient and commercial stockroom
* Work at pace and get results in a timely manner thus meeting my deadlines
* Be good at solving problems and finding solutions
