The role would suit an individual who has previous experience of working as a finance officer or book-keeper in a busy office.

Primary Tasks:
• Booking keeping
• Bank reconciliations
• Invoice creation
• Intra group balance reconciliation
• Bank Transfer and payment set up on e-banking
• Expense claim processing
The Successful Applicant:
• Previous book-keeping, ledger entry experience
• Experience of administration tasks in a Finance Department. e.g. Invoicing, e-banking
• Experience of Xero or NAV1 software an advantage
• Proficient user of MS office applications; Word and Excel
• Self-motivated, able to multi task
• Flexible and willing to work within a busy team
• 5 years residenc
