Night Shift Assistant Baker

The role is based at our bakehouse at Rue des Pres;

The Night Shift Assistant Baker role's main duties include handling dough (shaping, moulding etc) and generally helping with all of our recipes. There may be some other duties to help with in the bakery, such as packaging and cleaning.

Start times vary across the week and also fluctuate depending on the time of year (busier times mean earlier starts) but generally start times are around 9 pm and finishing around 5 am. The work week is 6 days with 1 day off, which can be any day of the week.
