We are looking to recruit a Service Manager in Jersey working 37.5 hours per week.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the service relationship with Sure Business customers, whilst ensuring that Sure Business Customer satisfaction is high and that customers have an excellent experience both from the people at Sure and the services we provide. The successful applicant will work closely with our Sales and Professional Services teams to ensure that Sure is attentive to all the needs of our Sure Business Customers; being Professional, Proactive and Personable in every interaction.
