Role purpose
? To provide administrative support to the buying team, across all categories.
? Product data management, cleansing current data and continuing to maintain the accuracy of these files.
? This role could provide an opportunity to develop within the business.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
? Creating purchase orders
? Collate and checking order confirmations
? Create new products
? Price & product code changes
? Helping to introduce & manage a replen system
? Data cleansing of stock files
? Dealing with problems arising with orders internally & externally
? Assisting with supplier returns
? Liaising with suppliers
? Invoices
? Managing the purchase ledger
? Other general admin duties

? PC literate with good excel skills
? Effective time management
? Organisation skills
? Commercial awareness
? Attention to detail
