We're looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join our Automation Team. Working within the operational function of Enhance, the Data Analyst will assist the broader team by gathering investment-related data from various counterparties which will be cleansed and prepped for ongoing analysis (investment reviews).

The Data Analyst will be provided with a structured learning plan, initially focussed on the investment industry with a roadmap to becoming Ofqual level 4 qualified. Thereafter the Data Analyst will be trained to use tools (including Alteryx) for data preparation, blending and analysis purposes. Over time the Data Analyst will use data analysis tools to improve the ability to process and interpret data - ultimately enabling clients to make better-informed decisions.
