Associate Director – HR Operations & Resourcing

The Associate Director – HR Operations & Resourcing is responsible for managing and overseeing the Group HR Operations and Resourcing provision across multiple jurisdictions, managing the Group HR Operations and Resourcing teams and ensuring all activities support the HR team in delivering client excellence to the Group and supporting the department and business in meeting its strategic goals, including supporting the ongoing growth of the business.

Essential Requirements
Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
Solid HR Knowledge and operational experience in a professional services organisation ideally cross jurisdictionally.
Experience implementing systems, procedures, and efficiencies.
Use of HR Information Systems, reporting and data analysis.
