Deputy Lead AHP Paediatrics

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an allied health professional looking to take a step back from clinical work and immerse themselves into the world of management. This position will see a management/clinical split of 60/40 allowing the successful candidate the ability to maintain their clinical competencies.

The management aspect of the role will consist of a blend of clinical oversight, providing clinical supervision along with operational management which would include performance management of the team, assistance with recruitment and everyday operational demands. The role will oversee an array of allied health professionals including, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Dieticians (this list is not exhaustive).
