We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and enthusiastic individual, who would like to start a career in Human Resources Administration within the Seymour Hotels.
Key responsibilities of our HR Administrator:
*First point of contact for general HR queries, system support queries for holidays and absence management.
*Maintaining accurate HR records.
*Providing a comprehensive HR Administration service across the key disciplines of Recruitment, On-boarding, Training and Absence to support the full employment lifecycle.
We are looking for:
*Tact and diplomacy
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
*To enjoy working with people
*Attention to detail
*Desire to study towards CIDP lvl3 Certificate (certificate in Human Resources Practice)
This role will include working in different locations across the Group.
