Children and Young People Health Care Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and adaptable Health Care Assistant to expand our Children and Young People Team. They will support the highest quality care for children and young people with life-limiting and threatening health conditions. This rewarding opportunity comes at a critical time in Jersey Hospice Care’s growth as we look to expand the important services we provide. If you have previous experience working with children and young people, are a motivated, collaborative and resilient team player, able to work across multiple care settings and hold a level 2 NVQ/RQF qualification in Health and Social Care, we would love to hear from you.

Full/part-time contracts will be considered but flexibility to meet the needs of patients after school and during evenings is required.
