We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef to work with our fabulous team at our new Nude Food restaurant, based at La Pulente. In this position, you will support the Head Chef, in accordance with food health and safety regulations and restaurant standards. Our ideal candidate is a creative professional who is willing to participate in building delicious seasonal meals. Your duties will include the preparation and cooking of hot food to the highest standards, responding to customer issues, and working with the Head Chef to develop new menu options. You should have excellent communication skills with in-depth knowledge of several cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
