Deputy Sushi Chef

We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Sushi Chef to work with our fabulous team at our new Nude Food restaurant based at La Pulente, and scheduled to open in April 2023. As our Deputy Sushi Chef you will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of standards in the kitchen and with the preparation of all dishes. Your tasks as Sushi Chef will include but are not limited to: having great sushi knowledge with a genuine interest in learning and developing your skills; preparing Sushi and Sashimi; having a passion for quality food and knowledge of Asian produce, excellent knife skills; maintain a clean and tidy kitchen and adhering to all health and safety requirements; ensuring you have a comprehensive understanding of the full Sushi menu offering; and ensuring your work is always delivered to the highest standard.
