We are seeking to recruit an Activities Organiser to take the lead in the planning, organisation and delivery of a full calendar of social events and outings in conjunction with Management. The successful candidate will have the excellent communication and negotiation skills needed to provide a comprehensive programme for our residents. Developing community and parochial links and networking with local groups and other organisations are an essential part of this role. Keyboard skills and some proven experience in interaction with older people would be an advantage but full training and a personalised induction would be in place. A weekly 35 hour permanent contract and an excellent pay and conditions of service package, including pension, is on offer to the successful applicant.
