Our reservations department is looking for someone with a professional, bright, friendly attitude with a ‘can do’ approach to join our team. You will have a good level of English, both spoken and written. A good knowledge of Microsoft office, especially word and excel. Be a good communicator and have excellent customer service skills, be able to work under pressure and have good time management.

You will be required to prepare and process documents, letters, emails, menus and signage, along with filing and assisting with reservations, promoting the hotel’s services and be fully aware of the current promotions and special offers.
