Senior 2 OT Memory Assessment Service

To provide a professional Occupational Therapy service within the Memory Assessment Service.

Working as an autonomous practitioner, the Occupational Therapist will support the multidisciplinary team with the diagnostic process by administering functional assessments for clients with suspected dementia, and by providing pre- and post-diagnostic support/interventions to clients, family members and carers. The Occupational Therapist will assist clients to achieve their maximum potential by helping them to optimise their best level of independence and quality of life.
