Restaurant Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to work as part of our fantastic team at our new Nude Food restaurant based at La Pulente, scheduled to open in April 2023. The role will involve overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the Front of House Team to ensure the smooth running of the business. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff rotas, tracking inventory, ordering supplies, managing and training staff, budgeting and monitoring finances. Applicants must have previous experience in a similar management role and be competent at managing large teams. Candidates should ideally be based on Island at the time of application and hold Entitled/ Entitled for work status.
