Assistant Restaurant Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Restaurant Manager to work as part of our fantastic team at our new Nude Food restaurant based at La Pulente, scheduled to open in April 2023. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the role will involve overseeing the daily operations of the Front of House Team to ensure the smooth running of the business. The successful candidate will support the Restaurant Manager with managing staff rotas, tracking inventories, ordering supplies, managing and training staff, budgeting and monitoring finances. Applicants must have previous experience in a similar supervisory role. Candidates should ideally be based on Island at the time of application and hold Entitled/ Entitled for work status.
