Deli chef (daytime hours)

Our Deli Chefs at Jersey Airport keep our fresh offer turning by assembling and finishing sandwiches, wraps, and pastries, at the same time ensuring quality, consistency, and exceptional food hygiene. Experience as a chef in production, cafés, or restaurants is essential.

This role will be based at our kitchen at Jersey airport. Candidates must be prepared to start some shifts as early as 5:00am, and will also need to provide 5 years' checkable employment references and complete a criminal record check through Disclosure Scotland, to obtain an airside pass.

Cafe roles have an annual basic salary of £25,375 for a 40-hour-per-week contract (equivalent to a basic hourly rate of £12.20), with all overtime paid.

Once an employee has acquired an airside pass, all hours worked at Jersey Airport are paid at £14.20 per hour, giving total earnings of over £29,295 p/a
