Our restaurant managers possess excellent people management skills, demonstrate a high degree of computer literacy, and have the verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers confidently and effectively. A strong track record in management of premium-casual restaurants and the ability to manage costs and reservations are essential, as is a proven ability to develop, train, and motivate staff.

This role has an annual basic salary of £45,250.

Our managers, head chefs, and senior employees participate in our Quarterly Bonus Scheme, with on-target bonuses of up to 20% (or more) of salary dependent on restaurant trade and individual performance, bringing on-target earnings to just over £54,000 per annum.
