Assistant Restaurant Manager

Collaborative, supportive, and with the ability to take charge and lead: our assistant managers work in tandem with our restaurant managers to make sure our customers receive the same fantastic service day in, day out.

Our assistant managers possess excellent people management skills, demonstrate a high degree of computer literacy, and have the verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers confidently and effectively. A strong track record in premium-casual restaurants is essential, and a proven ability to develop and train staff is highly desirable.

This role has an annual basic salary of £31,000 for a 40-hour-per-week contract, with all overtime paid, and a bonus scheme. Rates to increase in line with Living Wage in 2023. See full advert for details.
