Inspiration, guidance, technique, and leadership: our head chefs take the utmost pride in both the quality of every dish that leaves the pass and the development of every chef who joins their team.

This role is a Head Chef Tournant role, working across all five of JPRestaurants' restaurants in Jersey, supporting Head Chefs at each site and assisting with training of new joiners.

Basic salary of £39,750 plus participation in our Quarterly Bonus Scheme, with on-target bonuses of up to 20% (or more) bringing on-target earnings to £47,500 per annum. Please see full advert for details.
