Restaurant Manager (Seasonal)

JPRestaurants are recruiting a fixed-term, seasonal Restaurant Manager for Jersey Crab Shack in St Brelade's Bay, Jersey, with a starting in March, and running to 31 October 2023.

A strong track record in management of premium-casual restaurants and the ability to manage costs and reservations are essential, as is a proven ability to develop, train, and motivate staff.

This role has a total annualised package equivalent to £45,000 per annum, consisting of basic salary at £40,000 per annum, holiday pay, and an end-of-season retention bonus. Please see full advert for details.
