Kitchen Porter - Les Charrieres

Les Charrieres Nursing & Residential Home are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join the team. They will be responsible for undertaking food preparation tasks, as directed by the Head Chef/Chef, and are also responsible for servicing food to residents.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Prepping ingredients for dishes
- Washing & slicing fruit & vegetables
- Cooking ingredients according to directions received from Head Chef/Chef
- Managing store rooms and cold rooms
- Preparation of residents' food trays & trollies
- Maintain high standards of Food & Hygiene and Health & Safety
- Undertake other duties as required, as directed by Head Chef/Chef
