The Atlantic Hotel & Ocean restaurant is one of Jersey's leading hotels. Located in St Brelade with spectacular views over St Ouen's Bay we are currently looking to recruit a Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in working at management level in a 4 AA Rosette or Michelin Star restaurant within a luxury hotel. They will be responsible for managing a 60 cover restaurant, room service orders, the lounge, bar and terrace areas and event spaces, ensuring that all services run smoothly and guests satisfaction is met at all times. The position it's hands on, working alongside your team.
