Client Services Lead

We are looking for a customer service expert to lead our dedicated team of Client Service Advisors. The Lead needs to be an individual able to provide high quality service to our clients, ensuring a smooth flow of inquiries through effectively managing our Client Service Team, while also leading by example in delivering our Client Promise, providing excellent client service and adopting a digital first approach.
The Client Service Lead needs to be able to motivate, coach, inspire, train and direct the Client Service Team on the best ways and approach to relate to clients as they attend to their varying needs. The Lead will have direct responsibility for ensuring the Client Promise is embedded within the business and identify and drive improvements.
