The Catering Manager is primarily responsible for planning and cooking evening meals for up to 55 students and staff at our teenage residence in St Helier. They will be assisted by at least two members of our residence team who will help to set up, clear away and serve. Also responsible for the preparation of packed lunches to be ready for the following morning. On Fridays, instead of catering at the residence, the Catering Manager is responsible for preparing a BBQ for up to 150 students at our main school in St Aubin, assisted by a team of up to 5 Activity Leaders to provide a simple choice of BBQ options. The Catering Manager should be experienced at catering for large groups and have the appropriate food hygiene training. They will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe working environment and for maintaining all appropriate food hygiene records.
