An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Jersey Older Adult community Mental Health services. Acting as a Care Co-ordinator you will lead in providing highly specialist evidenced based assessment and treatment for clients with a range of complex mental health needs.

The contracted hours for this post is Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
