Management Accountant

The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the reported profits of the business and prepare period end management accounts with insightful commentary, and year end financial statements.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a full awareness of the entire business, its environment and operational practices, and develop and monitor effective controls
to mitigate risk of error or fraud
- Review nominal ledger activity to identify, investigate and correct anomalies
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Prepare annual financial statements
- Project manage the budget cycle

Essential:
-Must have achieved an accountancy qualification with significant PQE
-Experience in a similar role
-Excellent knowledge of Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
