M&Co have two exciting trainee roles, providing the opportunity to learn while you earn a competitive salary.

As a Trainee, you will be provided with a structured personal development plan (PDP), to complement on-the-job training, coaching, and mentoring within a team of professionally qualified Property Managers. Your career progression will remain on track through regular 1-2-1 meetings and coaching sessions, leading you to become a professionally qualified Property Manager within 3 years of joining the company.

What do you need to apply?
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English
- 5 years residency on the Island
- 5 GCSE’s as a minimum
