We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Manager for our 5 Star The Grand Hotel and Spa, this role comes with structured career progression within Hand Picked Hotels.

About the role:
• As Breakfast Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the busy breakfast operation in the hotel ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail is delivered at all times.
• You will be responsible for leading, coaching and training the team.
• As Breakfast Manager you will be responsible for managing the bookings and ensure the service runs smoothly.
• This role comes with great working hours 6am until 2.30pm 5 days over 7.
• You will have access to excellent Hand Picked training courses to support your development and enhance your career journey within the hospitality industry and within a driven environment.
Salary is £32,000 per year+ service charge + Live In
